Q-DAQ High Performance Industrial Pressure Scanner

The Q-DAQ is an innovative pressure scanner that leverages our expertise in creating high-performance pressure scanners and durable quick disconnects (SQDCs). It integrates pressure scanner technology with the SQDC quick disconnect into one miniature unit, simplifying measurement systems by allowing the sensor to be positioned closer to the measurement point. The Q-DAQ provides low-uncertainty measurements, as much as an extremely rugged package to suit the environments where these measurements are commonly made in.

The Q-DAQ is thermally compensated from -40 to 100°C. It is important to mention that the accuracy specifications include any thermal effects across the entire temperature range, also featuring an in-built heater to extend the temperature range further to -55 to 100°C.

microDAQ3 – 64 Channel Advanced Pressure Scanner

The Chell microDAQ3 represents a significant advancement in pressure scanning technology, combining high-accuracy digital sensors with an advanced processor design to create one of the most accurate and versatile pressure scanners available.

The microDAQ3 outputs compensated differential or absolute pressure data over various interfaces, including Ethernet, CAN, IENA, and EtherCAT, at speeds up to 400Hz per channel. It also features an optional electrically driven valve for purging and re-zeroing, designed for precision and reliability after years of development.

nanoDAQ-LTR – 64 Channel Low Cost Miniature Smart Pressure Scanner

The nanoDAQ-LTR-64 is a new development utilizing the latest technology in digital transducers. The nanoDAQ-LTR-64 is a smart pressure scanner in a 64-channel slim-line package with a configurable manifold mount. It can either be placed directly onto the customer’s manifold or purchased with tubing plates, optionally straight and angled tubing plates. The nanoDAQ-LTR-64 is a fully configurable smart pressure scanner that will output pressure data in engineering units over Ethernet and CAN.

flightDAQ3 – Test Cell / Flight Pressure Acquisition System

The flightDAQ3 represents the latest advancement in Chell’s extensive range of pressure scanners designed for test cell and flight applications. Utilizing high-precision digital absolute transducers, the flightDAQ3 delivers exceptional performance, even in the most demanding environments.

It will output differential or absolute temperature compensated engineering unit pressure data over Ethernet with the Chell native protocol, IENA, and iDDS at speeds up to 400Hz per channel. It also features a Netscanner emulation mode where a subset of the Netscanner commands are supported.

microDAQ-INT-4 Interface, Hub and Power Supply

The microDAQ-INT-4 is a 4-way power supply and hub designed for the Chell microDAQ and nanoDAQ product range that can be used to connect 4 scanners to a host either with Ethernet or CAN.

The small package size of the microDAQ-INT-4 makes it suitable wind tunnel and on-vehicle use.
